Resident/Owner Questionnaire - Albert Street Reconstruction

The City of Stratford is preparing to reconstruct Albert Street from Front Street to King Street, beginning in the Spring of 2025.

Please fill out the questionnaire below and submit it by January 3rd, 2025, to help us better plan for this work.

NOTICE OF COLLECTION

The personal information requested on this questionnaire is being collected by The Corporation of the City of Stratford as part of stakeholder engagement and public input into the Albert Street Road Reconstruction Project. Personal information as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA. Your participation is voluntary. All individual responses are submitted as part of an open online and public process. Comments received will be summarized and provided in a report to Stratford City Council in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA.
