Grand Trunk Community Facility Partnership Interest Form
About this process
The City of Stratford is inviting organizations to identify their interest in the proposed shared community facility at the Grand Trunk site.
This process will help the City understand how organizations may wish to contribute to or use the facility as planning advances. It will also help determine whether any organizations should be considered for further foundational partner discussions.
Before you complete the form
You may wish to review the Grand Trunk Renewal Project information available on EngageStratford including the project vision and guiding principles.
What happens after you submit
The Partnership Interest Process will be open from July 20 to August 17, 2026.
After the submission deadline, submissions will be reviewed using the Community Facility Participation Framework approved by Council. City staff may contact organizations for clarification, additional information, or follow-up discussion as needed.
Once the Review Panel has had an opportunity to consider submissions, City staff will contact applicants regarding the outcome of the review and next steps. Staff expect to report back to Council in September 2026 with the results of the process and recommended next steps.
