Resident/Owner Questionnaire - McCarthy Road Reconstruction

The City of Stratford is preparing to reconstruct McCarthy Road from the Mornington Street to Romeo Street, beginning in the Summer of 2026.

Please review the project documents, fill out the questionnaire below and submit it by April 3rd, 2026, to help us better plan for this work.

NOTICE OF COLLECTION

The personal information requested on this questionnaire is being collected by The Corporation of the City of Stratford as part of stakeholder engagement and public input into the McCarthy Road East Reconstruction Project. Personal information as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA. Your participation is voluntary. All individual responses are submitted as part of an open online and public process. Comments received will be summarized and provided in a report to Stratford City Council in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA.
