Official Plan Review Information Update - August 21, 2026
Stratford City Council will hold a regular Council meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1 Wellington Street, Stratford.
On the agenda is the City’s ongoing review of its Official Plan. The Official Plan Review item is non-statutory and is being held for information-sharing, discussion, and early public input. No decisions will be made at this meeting.
The purpose of this portion of the meeting is to present and discuss the final Official Plan Review discussion paper:
This discussion paper addresses key policy areas related to how the City accommodates growth, including intensification, future growth areas, land needs, and whether existing land designations remain appropriate.
