The City of Stratford is preparing to resurface the Erie Street Municipal Parking Lot, beginning in the Spring of 2025.

The specific improvements scheduled are:

  1. Replacement of the asphalt surface
  2. Storm drainage structure replacements
  3. Sidewalk repairs
  4. Curb and gutter repairs
  5. Pavement marking
