Community Facility Partnership Interest Process Intake Now Open

The City of Stratford has launched the Partnership Interest Process for the proposed shared community facility at the Grand Trunk site.

Organizations are invited to identify their interest in the facility, including how they may wish to contribute to or use the facility as planning advances. The process will help the City understand the nature of organizational interest in the facility, determine whether any organizations should be considered for further foundational partner discussions, and identify potential interest in future shared, flexible, or bookable space.

After the intake period closes, submissions will be reviewed using the Community Facility Participation Framework. City staff may contact organizations for clarification, additional information, or follow-up discussion as needed. Once the Review Panel has had an opportunity to review submissions, City staff will contact applicants regarding the outcome of the review and next steps.

The Partnership Interest Process is exploratory and non-binding. It does not select a service provider, award funding, allocate space, grant lease or occupancy rights, or create any capital, operating, governance, ownership, procurement, or partnership commitment.
