The City of Stratford is preparing to reconstruct Huron Street from John Street to Matilda Street, beginning in the Spring of 2026.

NOTICE OF COLLECTION

The personal information requested on this questionnaire is being collected by The Corporation of the City of Stratford as part of stakeholder engagement and public input into the Huron Street Phase 2 Reconstruction Project. Personal information as defined by Section 2 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the provisions of the MFIPPA. Your participation is voluntary. Responses will be used by City of Stratford staff to help plan for the road reconstruction project. Questions about the collection, use, and disclosure of this personal information may be made to the City Clerk, City Hall, P.O.
