PROCEDURAL BY-LAW REVIEW UPDATE – JULY 11, 2025

Over the past two years staff have been undertaking a review of the City’s Procedural By-law. The first portion of this review is now complete and will be presented to Council at a Special meeting to be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in Council Chambers at City Hall.

The purpose of the Special meeting is to present the recommendations and obtain direction from Council on the proposed changes to the by-law. Following receipt of that direction, staff will finalize a draft procedural by-law and schedule a public meeting to hear from members of the public on the draft by-law.
